Accessibility

The museum is accessible to people with reduced mobility and to people with disabilities.

Access modality

Free parking spaces for holders of valid CMI-S, CES cards or GIG/GIC badges are located nearby: 50 rue de Vaugirard, 16 rue Guynemer, 43 and 26 rue Madame, 5 rue Marie Pape Carpentier, 7 rue Jean Bart, 4 rue Palatine, 29 rue de Tournon.

Wheelchairs are available on reservation 48 hours before your visit to contact.luxembourg@museeduluxembourg.fr or on 01 40 13 62 00. A security guard will give it to you at the forecourt in exchange for your ID.

Avoid the queue and report to the security guard on the forecourt so that he can show you the lift access reserved for people with reduced mobility.

Free access

Disabled visitors with an orange MDPH or CMI "invalidity" card or their equivalent from another country are exempt from the entrance fee by presenting their proof at the “Ticket” desk. An accompanying person will also be exempt if the requirement is indicated on the card.

Audio guides

An inductive loop for the audio guides is available for people with hearing aids.

Group visit

The Museum team can organise a special visit (LSF, visually impaired, mentally handicapped).
