Man Ray and Inge Grognard

The way Man Ray composed and cropped ( ´cadrage’) his images, was for me a fantastic eye opener. The surrealism at work in the images,  the little mistakes which occurred upon developing the photograph or even the seemingly impeccability of the solarisation - process, that is: Ray’s perfect imperfection inspired me to go on about my own work.Since all these years doing make up for fashion I try to achieve the same.
