Man Ray and Miuccia Prada

It’s funny how, for me, the most evocative images in relation to the idea of fashion are those in which fashion is not present. Two photographs: the first of a head facing backwards with long fair hair, the second of two female hands painted by Picasso. The absence of fashion is what makes it present.
