To coincide with the exhibition "Gertrude Stein and Pablo Picasso. The invention of language", discover exclusive creations inspired by the avant-garde and cubist forms so dear to the two friends Gertrude Stein and Pablo Picasso: the Cubisme Bar Carpaccio and the Cubisme Pastry, creations inspired by the inventiveness and world of Gertrude Stein and Pablo Picasso, the two icons of 20th-century Cubism.
The Cubisme Bar Carpaccio
Sea bass carpaccio CUBISME is the brainchild of Chef Erwann le Guerroué, and is served with black radish, beetroot, carrot and celeriac pickles, brown rice and a lime vinaigrette.
The Cubisme Pastry
Created by Angelina's Head Pastry Chef Christophe Appert, it is made up of a crunchy praline and dark chocolate base, a chocolate brownie, a hazelnut crunch, a hazelnut biscuit, soft caramel, topped with a dark chocolate mousse and a light vanilla mousse.
Opening hours
During the exhibition, from 13 September to 28 January 2024, the Mademoiselle Angelina tearoom will be open 7 days a week at the same times as the Musée du Luxembourg, with an exceptional closure on 25 December.
