Soulages, his paintings on paper: the trailer revealed

This is a first in Paris! 130 works, including 25 previously unseen pieces, have been brought together to reveal a rarely exhibited facet of Pierre Soulages' work: his paintings on paper. From walnut stain to ink and gouache, these works, long kept in the artist's studio, bear witness to the freedom and consistency of his research. An exhibition to be discovered first in pictures... and at the Museum from 17 September.
